I decided late Tuesday night that I would clear the floor in my living room (which is littered with scrapbooking magazines, junk mail, and way too much cat hair) and actually scrapbook! Something, anything, I was determined to create. I had recieved some new product from The Front Desk in the mail (woo hoo!) and couldn't wait to use it. I just love to use new supplies right after I get them, it's very inspiring. That may be the reason I like to shop so much, but hey, who doesn't, right? I created this layout on my living room floor while watching the season finale of American Idol and moving my 17 pound cat off the unfinished layout every 10 minutes. For some reason he really loves to lay right on my workspace, even though he has various bits of chipboard and fabric flowers stuck to his fur after. I used 2 4x6 portrait pictures (the easiest and cheapest size!) and product from My Little Shoebox and Hero Arts. The easiest part was making sure all the paper and embellishments matched because My Little Shoebox designs all their papers and die cuts to match perfectly! Easy as pie! (Not raspberry pie, because those are hard to make, but chocolate pie with the instant pudding filling... easy!) Anyway, enough rambling. You should all go check out the new stuff at The Front Desk! It's super easy to use and super cute! You can bet I will be making more layouts using this stuff. Happy Scrapping!
