And this, this is what my Summer Bucket List should have looked like:

Yup, that's basically what this summer was about. We DID do some fun things (we actually completed 5 items on the original list, out of 16, which isn't terrible considering I wasn't really trying.) But, when it comes down to it, my summer did not go anything like I had planned.
And you know what? I'm am SO ok with that. I love our new house. I love that it's a house and that we own it. What a good feeling. :-) (Once we get it together more... like photos on the walls and such, I will certainly posts photos here.)
So, since there was really no Summer Bucket List to speak of, I now bring you my FALL Bucket List (completely and totally subject to change, because that's how I roll.)
- Science Museum Dead Sea Scolls Exhibit
- Geocaching!
- Apple picking
- Get my new craft room looking a-maze-ing!
- Visit friends in California
- Visit the Como Zoo
- Wine tasting at Chateau St. Croix Vineyard
- Find the best French Macarons in the Twin Cities
- Redesign de blog (again? Yes. Again. :-)
Now, living in Minnesota means that, if we want to get some of these things done while the weather is still nice (i.e. not freezing cold) we have to really make plans to get them done. Fall is certainly my favorite season, but if I remember anything about living here last year it's that the snow flies whenever it feels like it. (4" of snow on the ground on October 11th. Awesomesauce.)
What about you? Any fun plans for the fall?
