Thursday evening after work Jason came home and we left our house around 5:30pm. With minimal bathroom and gas stops we made it all the way through Wisconsin and Illinois into Indiana. We stopped at 1:30am in Indiana where we were able to get about 5 hours of sleep before hitting the road again in the morning.
Another 6 hours driving brought us to Cleveland, Ohio, where we picked up my bestest friend from the airport and headed to our hotel to relax.
I've had SO much fun so far and the driving wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be (except for LOTS of road work in Illinois! Whoa!) Now, let's see just how I feel about this on Monday when we have to drive the 14 hours back in one day! :)

I don't live far from Cleveland and have family that lives in Minneapolis, and I've done that drive a couple times now. It can get a little tedious! :-) I always thought the trip was worth it to get to beautiful Minnesota, not so sure if I'd think the same about Cleveland, lol! Hope you guys have a safe trip!
